Kevin CollinsKevin Collins passed away July 6, 2005 after a 2- year battle with Glioblastoma Multiform (GBM) brain cancer. He was only 41 years old. He endured many obstacles throughout his battle, yet his determination was second to none. "Kevin fought cancer the way he lived life, courageous, determined, and selfless. Kevin gave his soul to family, friends, and community. The world is a better place because of our experiences with Kevin". Kevin was diagnosed with brain cancer on June 1, 2003. He had his first Craniotomy at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City.

The next two years were followed by Radiation, Stereo tactic Radio surgery, Chemo, Gliadel Wafers and two more Craniotomies. Kevin did much of his treatment at Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina. Kevin was incredible in his fight, as one time he flew from New York to North Carolina, had his check up at Duke. Then he flew from North Carolina to Florida for his nephew's graduation and flew from Florida to Canada to go fishing with his brothers. Kevin did this all in a matter of a weekend. This is some of the spirit and determination Kevin had.

Thank you for your support.

CAN- Corporate Angel Network

We have donated to this charity for the last two years and are proud to be a part of this wonderful organization.

Corporate Angel Network is the only charitable organization in the USA whose sole mission is to ease the emotional stress, physical discomfort and financial burden of travel for cancer patients by arranging free flights to treatment centers, using the empty seats on corporate aircraft flying on routine business.
